This Oakland Retail Development Opportunity and Franchise Showcase is designed to promote small retail businesses and franchise development opportunities in the City of Oakland, by providing the demographic information needed to support the establishment of businesses and facilitating one-on-one sessions for individuals interested in pursuing franchising opportunities.
